watermelon stomach is another word for  'lines 'of open bleeding tissues in lining of the stomach Dr also saw afew lrg ulsers to I'm now taking sucralfate and Dr. was talking about doing lazor surgery on this. Today I was knocked on my butt, weak, dizzy so tired.
Has anyone been treated for this problem. Its nothing to do with the meds I know because I was feeling like this before I began to take them. I haven't been spitting up any more blood but that doesn't tell me how much my tissue are bleeding on the inside. Its always something isn't it. I just feel so tired and weak today.

I think not being wiening off the entocort caused this overly tired dizzy day. Its a steriod and I think its a med you have to be taken off slowly, I don't know but I have heard this. I think this is why I'm so weak /tired today. I know I'll never take the entocort again. If any med can cause stomach to have this much problems that quick no thanks on the entocort I'll pass.

Well, if you are bleeding, you will feel some symptoms of shock, even if you don't know about the bleeding. Tired and weak would fit shock symptoms... do you feel cold as well? It could also be simple stress from the new diagnosis. Stress is really a powerful blow to the body.

OUCH!! That sounds awful....Hope the Sucralfate gets you feeling better. Not sure how long you were on the Entocort, but yes usually you are to wean off of it. But if you were only on it a short time you might not need to. Hope they get you feeling better soon.
