I was violently ill (big vomitting and pain) Monday night through Tuesday morning. (ps Tuesday daytime TV stinks!!)
I was thinking...OK husband backed up friday night and dad in law was sick so it's just my CD version of the stomach flu going around.  Tuesday I was starting to worry because nothing was coming from the South Pole (crap did I rupture again).'s Thursday and it still hurts when I walk because my gut moves more BUT the South Pole has activity.   Yaa not a rupture.  I am doing the BRAT diet (with some pudding and mashed potatoes tonight).  I am still getting random sharp stabbing pains.  Now I'm thinking I'm just SOOOOOOO hungry that my gut wants something solid and is bruised from the cookie tossing (OK it was more burger tossing, but hey cookies sound nicer).  Now I'm thinking I have to stop thinking about this..........sorry had to vent some other way than tossing cookies....
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

Hugs Habs!!

My husband and I had a stomach flu bug back on July 17th. His lasted one day, mine lasted almost a week. Others told me that because of our Crohns we tend to get worse cases and they tend to hand around longer for us. Hope you get feeling better soon.

I am feeling better from the flu, but have still had some minor issues going on, hopefully they will go away soon too.
