Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would update you all on my most recent surgery. Last thursday 30/7 I had my ileostomy made final by having the proctocolectomy done, it was sooner than both my surgeon and I thought I would need to have it done but my rectum was seriously diseased as well so the surgeon said the sooner the better, I only had my ileostomy done in early March and have barely recovered from that surgery. Anyway my butt is soooooo sore its not funny, I cant get over the pain, and surprised at how much stitching is done down there. I am on endone for pain at the moment so Im a little out of it. Now my eyes have flared again with iritis and my rhuemy has put me on methotrexate again for the athritis, he said it should help my eye problem as well, but so far nothing is giving. Anyway Im off to rest up I cant sit for too long. take care all and thanks for listening

Hey Andorable,

Will definetly keep you in my prayers that things quiet down for you soon, and your pain levels descrease rapidly. Be sure to take it easy.

Take it easy for a while. It's really early after that kind of surgery to be updating us here on your progress. Rest and heal.
