I've been drinking chamomile tea for a couple of yrs now (everyday), it's definitely soothing and no more menstral cramps weither (it's clinically proven to aid with that), I feel that it does help with my crohn's and IBS.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)
