Well...I had this huge infection sort of situated around my R ovary and fallopian tube. It ate through the fallopian tube but I was told I wouldn't have any problems getting pregnant even after surgery 1 where they took out fallopian tube, then surgery 2 where they put a drain in my vaginal wall close to my uterus. Then years later, got sick, etc. and had to have major surgery again where it looked like maybe an abscess burst or possibly my intestine tore? Anyway, I was told that because of all the infection and attraction abscesses have had with my female area, if I wanted children, I'd probably never have kids without medical intervention.
It sounds like you'd be just fine afterward for having kids. Honestly. There's no real big reason I could see why you couldn't since all you're having is a bit of removal which could be ALL TO THE GOOD. Quite a lot of us feel tons better after the removal of the diseased intestine. Just try to maintain your health afterward really well and you'll probably be blooming with a baby soon enough. Good luck to you.
