Hey everyone.  I need some advice please...!  I've had this thing in my lip for two months and at first i thought it was a canker sore.  i saw my gi doc and he said it could be a yeast infection in my mouth because i was on steroids for a few months and sometimes that can happen so he prescribed diflucan.  well took it and it did absolutely nothing.  went back and now i was having pain when i swallowed and it felt like food and acid was backing up and causing horrible pain and i couldn't eat well.  he decided that i needed an upper endoscopy.  he did the endoscopy and he said i had ulcers from my mouth down all the way to my dodeum(sp?) He prescribed an antiviral med for my mouth because he think i might have gotten some form of herpe thing from taking cimzia.  so far it's not working and these ulcers are killing me.  i can swollow, eat, nothing.  i'm in constant pain.  i feel like there is a ball in my throat and i can't swallow.  what should i do.  anyone have similar experience.   please help.  thank you.

Gosh can you call your doctor back and maybe ask for some type of numbing rinse for your throat? So sorry you are suffering so.
