Hey there, have any of you with Crohn's had times when you aren't having D or pain or other symptoms, but have felt your colon spasm briefly? When it happens to me I can feel my colon get tense either on the ascending (right side) or descending (left) side. Anyone get this? I can actually feel that my colon is tense by putting my hand on the skin of my stomach. It always dissipates very quickly. It doesn't happen a lot, probably only 10 times i can remember in the last 6 months or so.

I think I feel that when I get stressed out. It's hard to know if it's the same thing... But, I notice that when I get stressed by gut starts to ache along the descending side. I don't hurt there or feel it anytime other than when I'm stressed (I have no ulcers there now).

I feel that quite often too with stress, it sounds like stuff is "splatting" around in there.
