I forgot that I wasn't going to be home the time I was supposed to turn my 24 hour yogurt off and it cooked for about 38 hours. Is this too long for consumption? Should I start over with a new batch to play it safe?

history of steroids, antibiotics, Asacol, Prilosec, Pentasa, 6mp Imuran, Remicade, Humira...
Humira 12/08 and stopped after 3rd dose
LDN 3.5mg Feb-July 09
