best tips for caring for the bag

 1) have a bath before you remove the bag as it is less painful when taking it off
 
 2) empty it in the morning when having a lie in as it is full fart air and stuff
 
 3) chew your food as it is less soild but not mosit
  
 4) aviod most sports such as rugby, swimming  football etc golf is okay
 
 5) make sure it is secure when you go out and empty it befroe as well
 
 6) change the bag every dayas it will get weaker by the afternoon
 
 7) be careful what you eat like peanuts as the poo will come out with little bits mixed with it and it might block the stoma
 
 8) make sure that the bag has extra wings or tape to help the bag but limit the extra amount as it will be harder to get it off

some good advice .. some did not work for me , but might for others.. we have a ostomy site here as well just in case you missed it..
