I'm amazed. I've gone from 3-6 times a day of diarrhea, to two days straight of solid BMs. I just started apriso and dicyclomine on Sunday. I'm only having pain if I eat 'healthy' foods, so I'm living on spaghettio's right now. But two days of pain-free, diarrhea-free bliss. Granted, my crohn's was mild and microscopic (scope was clean, biopsies showed active crohn's). Could I really be in remission this fast?!?

Don't give up yet...it might be a short bad period. You never know. Don't let yourself get stressed out because then it definitely will be a fluke :(

I am with LMills here, don't give up yet. Maybe something didn't agree and triggered a bad day or two. I am in remission and still have bad days. Yesterday I had alot of D, and I know for fact that this time I didn't eat anything bad, it was just a bad day thats all. Everything is fine today.

Hugs
