I see all of these adds about a certain grape juice that begins with a "W" about how its full of antioxidents and now fiber and how it's great for the immune system.  Does anyone know if drinking this is helpful or beneficial in any way to us Cronnies?

Thanks!

It's tastes yummy (especially the pear and white grape). I can only have a little bit or it does upset my tummy.
Anything that has vit c in it can claim to be good for your immune system I guess??

I think you are referring to the Welch's ad campaign with Food Network personality Alton Brown (commercial here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMxucKipC2U). The main claim is that grape juice contains polyphenols, which is an antioxidant that helps protect the body from free radicals.

I drink Welch's grape juice (diluted by half with water, since it's so sweet). It tastes great, but that's about all I know.

I drink grape juice diluted all the time cause I get so sick of water. It's the only juice I can drink and gives me energy (High in sugars) without upsetting my insides.
