Hi everyone.  I have crohn's disease and for about three days now i've been running a low grade fever.  i have no other symptoms other than a fever.  gi doc says it's probably due to the crohn's and i'm  scheduled to have the nurse come on wednesday to give me an injection of cimzia.  doc says it's okay because i'm not really sick.  anyone else run fever with crohn's with no other symptoms?  thanks.

As always, it could be a sign of an infection. It might not be a bad idea if the nurse could do a blood draw to check.

I've actually been in the hospital (for blood clots, not the CD) and he past few days I've randomly had a mild fever. It's mild enough that they aren't considering it a "true" fever, but it makes me hot and sweaty and I feel bad when it hits. Hopefully it's just a fluke and it goes away on it's own. For now I just take Tylenol when I notice it

Good Look!
