Yes, some people with Crohn's in their colon have taken or are taking Colazal. As you know, Colazal is formulated to release in the colon. There has been some evidence that the "topical" meds like Colazal, Pentasa, and Asacol don't really bring about
healing of the intestinal mucosa. If you aren't doing well, before you get worse, you might want to get into see your GI.
