You can read more discussion threads about the diet in the links below in my signature. Also, it's important to read the book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" by Elaine Gottschall. Both of these websites are good, but one needs to read the book to fully understand the principles:

There are also books you can check out at local library and interlibrary loan. We strongly encourage you to do your own research first and then come back and ask questions once you have the basic knowledge base from the books.
