Today has been really tough... I'm feeling really negative and sick!
My stomach is so puffy and in pain and I had a BM this morning so I don't know if it's a blockage or what but it hurts really badly and I'm nauseous just from not eating. I've never taken anything stronger than tylenol for my pain but if ever there was a time it was needed, it would definitely be today!
Anyone else having a bad day? At one point should I be calling my GI if the pain doesn't go away?
I'm so frustrated, I wish I was out eating coconut shrimp, but alas...

Yeah, It's been a few rough days for me too:( I don't know where your from but I have had a few yucky days with rainy, cold weather! It never does good for me. Feel really nauseous too! It's so hard to have D, then be feeling starved, and go straight into nausea! what the heck!
Actually been feeling really depressed about Crohns and my new diagnosis of Diabetes. My life is controlled by monitors and D!! I know reading this forum helps soooo much but, also gets me thinking ...what else can I possibly get.
Had coffee with a friend today and had to leave due to my stomach. Sad when leaving every situation in my life seems normal.
Latley I've just wanted to post something happy even if it's not how I'm feeling....I think it would be nice to read good stuff too.

It might be a partial blockage if you had a BM. I know I've had one a few hours before my blockages have taken 'full effect' so to speak. Painkillers have been useless in that situation for me though. That is, until I went to the ER and got a morphine injection. I think if the pain doesn't go away, and/or you're not passing anything I would at least call the doctor's office. A nurse could tell you what the best thing to do would be at that point.
I hope you figure out what is going on...I'm sorry you're going through this :/

I've had a few obstructions. When I get to the point of not being able to keep fluids down, I figure it's a good time to go to the ER. Being dehydrated sucks. If you get to the point of not being able to keep anything down, I would definitely think about going to the ER.
