I'm being tested for rhabdomyelitis.  When I told my dr about the muscle pain in my legs and what all I was taking for it he ordered blood tests checking CPK which indicates muscle damage leading to kidney failure.  I thought alot of us on Cimzia, Humira or Remicade experienced muscle pain.  He knows it must be severe for me to take any pain meds so that's why we wants to rule out this disease.  He said "I don't want to treat one disease and you end up dying from another as a result".  A bit blunt!  This is muscle pain, not joint pain like you get with a crohn's flare.  Anyone else run into this or is my dr. being a slight overzealous?
diagnosed 13 days following an MMR vaccination at the age of 44
tried Colazal, Pentasa, Immuran, Remicade, Prednisone, Cipro, Flagyl, LDN, Osiris clinical study,  accupuncture, began Cimzia 5/2009
