I am having trouble finding a good thread about how fast Humira puts you in remission. Can anyone give some stories?

Thanks.

about one month for me, and I noticed a major change in things.

I got a flu shot, a couple weeks ago, and that seems to have messed up everything, I had to go back on Prednisone last week to get things under control again.

Good Luck with it.
Humira 2 times a month.
Lialda 2 X day
Imuran 200mg day
Phenergen PRN
Remeron 30mg day

Hmmmmmmmmmm. What exactly happened after a month? Something is up with me. My abdomen is tense and not soft like it was just before the Humira. I wonder if it could make it worse.

I was put in the hospital on August 5th of 09, and was there for 2 weeks do to so much blood loss due to Crohn's that they had to give me a blood transfusion (2 bags of blood!). My GI doctor started me on Humira on August 13. After starting it, that day.....it immediatly started working. The blood and loose stools stopped. I got really lucky it worked so fast cause I was in so much pain. It is still currently working great for me. Although, I have been experiencing really bad hair loss, but my GI doctor says it's due the the tampering off Prednisone(I was on it on and off since August of 2007). They released me from the hospital on the 18th of August cause I was doing really well. I reccomend it, but everyones different. Some can handle it and some can't. Good luck :)

I felt amazing, it was like a dream, it continued for about 5 or so weeks. I am hoping it comes back around.
