This demon of a disease has given me more frequent flare ups and I had adverse reactions of muscle
soreness after remicade treatments that my GI is pushing for me to start on Humira.
Any information, pros and cons would be so helpful and would give me an idea of what to expect.
The list of possible side effects on the company's website aren't so appealing!
Thanks friends.
CD for 25yrs. Includes 5 bowel resections with perm. ileostomy, iron infusions, many fistulas and luckily more good days than bad.

It was just an itchy red welt at the injection site. Initially, it would get quite large and last a really long time. But then I discovered that by letting the Humira warm up a bit (I held it in my hand for 15 minutes or so), it wasn't so bad. If it happened at all, it would be the size of a nickel and last a day or two.
