That is the sign of a stricture. Have you had your GI look at it? It can be dangerous if it blocks completely and would need emergency surgery to unblock it. Are you on meds for the problem? Could it be scar tissue from prior problems or surgery?
OK, just read your older post. I guess you know what I wrote above, but it still applies. The stricture will be the cause of the distension and it is likely causing bacterial overgrowth in the SI which will add extra gas to your gut and more distension. With all the IV antibiotics, that should knock the bacteria back a bit, but the more resistant ones are first to regrow and they are the undesirables like Klebsiella, E coli and Bacteroides which border on pathogenic and C difficile which can cause much the same symptoms as Crohn's.
