It's 9:45 AM

I've had 6 urgent trips to the bathroom so far today.

Every time, my body wants to painfully push out something that is not there.

A little blood comes out and a tiny bit of waste too.

It almost seems like my body is trying to get rid of my diseased lower intestine.

The push spasms take so much energy out of me.

I'm on Remicade and only eating Enteral Nutrition.

I weigh less than 140 pounds. Normally I weigh 180.

I'm 30 years old. I've been battling Crohns in my lower intestine for 12 years.

I think I would do a lot better without these push spasms that wipe me out and leave me zombified with freezing cold feet and legs.

Sounds like may have some active disease affecting your rectom (proctitis), you may need rectal meds to clear that up...if this is a new symptom for you then you should see your doc.
