Remicade Cost: RemiStart Question

My doctor would like me to start using Remicade but, my co-payment would be $1500 per infusion (30%).  I called the RemiStart program and have filled out their application for assistance.  I have seen and read where the max amount you can get from this program is $3200 per year BUT, according to their website it says:

"Depending on your co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance, you may qualify for a rebate of $400 or MORE per infusion"

I specifically told the operator that my co-pay for my insurance was going to be $1500 and she said at most I would have to pay $300 if I were enrolled in the program.

My question then would be, is there anyone out there that is on the Remistart program that has recieved more than $3200 per year?
