3 years of Remicade, 2 months on SCD diet and I still have a fissure. I think it's gone, then it's back. I'm just convinced it's a pain I'll always live with. Probably getting off SCD diet. Will keep the yogurt, still eliminate most flour and sugar, but if I'm still going to hurt I might as well enjoy my favorite foods.
Bad fissure Feb 2005. Started Remicade 2006. Fissure #1 healed, now deal with smaller fissure that comes and goes. Clean scope 2009 except for fissure. Also on Pentasa.

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Humira 2 times a month, Lialda 2 X day, Phenergen PRN, Remeron 30mg day, Pain Meds, Prednisone 20mg Every Other Day

Sorry you deprived yourself for nothing. Enjoy those foods and I hope you find some relief soon. Maybe an eclectic dietary approach will work better for you.

I would do the same thing - why suffer with limiting your food choices when you are still suffering.
