So, many of you may remember my frantic posts about my stomach and crohns and going to Mexico for my one year anniversary.  Life is so ironic sometimes!  Apparently I did not have to worry about my stomach.  No flare, perfectly fine.  But I did have to worry about the cab driver that took us to the airport.  We were very excited to go and probably talked a little too much to the cab driver.  Because after he dropped us off, he went back to our house broke in and stole laptops, cameras, biggest of all my identity.  For the next few days he spent over $10,000 on my credit cards, opened up new credit cards, etc.  I didn't find out till I went to the ATM and was declined.  He had everything.  He was more me than I was at the time.  Thankfully I work at the bank he stole everything from and the fraud dept got involved quickly.
I had finally started to feel better and just wanted to take a relaxing vacation and this happens.  I'm ready for 2009 to be over with!  Attached is the article they had in the paper about the incident.  http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2009/12/post_102.html  He is now in jail!  HA!  Thought I would let my peeps know what happened.
Current meds:  Remicade and probiotics
Tried:  Prednisone, lialda, antibiotics all failed attempts.

Oh No!! My husband and I travel to Mexico frequently. He is always on me "in" Mexico to not be too friendly with the taxi drivers because of the crime there. Thank God we usually have friends or relatives drive us to the airport from home. I am so sorry that that happened to you.
