I'm making a turkey today!
Since I found sourdough bread that sits well with me, I'm making a sourdough bread stuffing.

Here's my recipe:

6 cups dry or lightly toasted white sourdough bread cut in cubes
1 tbsp. of org. butter
1 med onion, chopped
3 stalks of celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. of ground beef
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (if you can handle pepper)
1 or 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 or 2 eggs

Add all spices to bread crumbs and mix well. Fry up all veggies in butter or olive oil. Add ground beef. Season with some garlic and salt to taste.
Mix veggie/beef with bread crumbs. Add an egg or two, then drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. Stuff bird with stuffing, cover opening with a piece of foil, and cook until stuffing reaches 165 degrees and bird thigh is about 180.

Any other stuffing recipes?

Merry Xmas!

Sounds delicious. Doesn't any of the seasonings upset your stomach though? I cannot even eat the sourdough bread, let alone the onion, celery and green pepper.
