Hi, Everyone wishing you all a fab new year!!! Just thought i'd give you bit of an update have been doing really well the last few months apart from my nightmare sidekick! ( the dreaded stoma) but thats a different story!! crohn's wise everything is behaving at the moment am still managing to keep the weight on and my hair has now stopped falling out, due to see consultant on the 8th jan and hoping he will give me something else rather than Pentasa,on 14th going for a pre assessment for my reversal!! am having the op done on 27th jan sooo excited just can't wait! (although i know the anxiety levels will shoot up nearer the time Nanners, i will be looking for you!!!!!) had my hopes dashed so many times last year was told when i had the original op last jan that it would be reversed at 3 months never happened then told at 6 months never happened now finally 1 year and 5 days from the 1st op it will be happening (thats if it doesn't get cancelled would be just my luck!!) but staying as positive as i can.Well thats it really hopefully 2010 will be a better year and I sincerely wish that to all of you too. yeah yeah yeah Bevx

resection, right hemi 1993 In remmision from 93 till last sept with no meds or docs

reversal 27th Jan 10. B12 shots, every 3 months, iron syrup,loperimide,folic acid, citalopram 60mg<FONT color=blue> (for Anxiety.)

Hey Bev,

Will definetly keep you in my prayers that the reversal goes off without a hitch and you continue feeling well afterwards. Just try to stay in the here and now and all will work out.
