I eat whole wheat bread once a day because I need the good fiber, but try to say no most of the time. Candida albicans feeds on carbohydrates and yeast, so avoiding these things or limiting them gives it less fuel. There are many brands on the market. Look for purity, no soy, dairy, gluten, sugars or fillers. I use chewables and liquids as much as possible because they go into my system faster and my guts don't have to work as hard.
