My doctor put me on this, and it has made things a whole of hell lot worse.

I have been on it for about a month, and Idk if it is causing my symptoms but I am going to stop

I've tried it for 1 month because I couldn't get my normal Probiotic right away. I didn't have problems with it.

Align doesn't seem to do anything for me. The only probiotic I've tried that seems to help is Flora-Q2, and that really helps.
CD since July 2007 - prenatal vitamins + extra vit. D, vit. C and iron, fish/flax oil, probiotics

Following excellent Omega-3 diet as per James Scala's 'The New Eating Right for the Bad Gut' - got me out of a flare.

It helped me a lot. I wish I could still afford it.

If it isn't helping then try looking into culturelle or vsl#3.
