Hi My name is julie i am not new to this site i havent been on here in a long time and i had to change my user name because i forgot what it was

i have had crohn's for over 20 years .. i have had about 60 or more surgery some of them were scare tissue removed and some were really bad surgery..i am 33 years old and feel like a 80 year old lady well not all the time but most of the time

but here in the last year i had like 6 surgery and had staff infection got my bag removed and put to the other side because he wasnt working all that good but it was on the right side for 20 years...
but when i had my surgery last year in feb it was bad my lungs was working all that good so i ended in the icu floor with that breathing tube i dont like but i guess you have to do what you have to do ..,.... but here something i have a great life a great boyfriend of 11 years that takes good care of me and a best friend that stand beside of me no matter what if i am having a bad day or good day they make my day brighter .........sorry if i took up to much of your time just need someone to talk to that would understand the stuff i am going threw thank alot

Hi Julie,

And welcome back to Healingwell. Sounds like you have had a rough go of it. You are not alone in feeling much older than you are, many of us feel the same. I myself have had this darn disease for over 35 years, but luckily it hasn't been as bad as yours. So ask any questions you may have, I am sure one of our wonderful members will have some good advice for you.

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Thanks for replying back to the post i really love this site it like right a way someone gets right back to you on here reather they know the answer or not it is nice to meet others like me so if we just need some one to talk to that understand us

We are the same age...i do feel older and less active then my friends. I hope this year sees some good news for you.
