I saw the endo doc today. He was'nt so upset about my triglycerides as I thought he would, but was very concerned about
my very low values of vit D, something I had missed totally. He said no wonder you're so tired, we will get this sorted out
straight away. He's given me these 50000 unit capsules, 1 to be taken a week, for 12 weeks. He said it should get my energy
back. Here's hoping & praying...

I get migraines from a lot lower dose then that. I hope it work great for you. Be sure to let us know, anything that will fight fatigue is worth knowing about.

Oh goodness, I do suffer with migraines, I hope it doesn't do it to me,. I will be sure to let you know if I'm
bouncing of the walls by next week. LOL.

I was on 100,000 IU of vitamin D2 weekly for over 2 years w/no undesirable side effects so don't worry any too much about migraines or other problems.
Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Dunny I added additional Vit D3 into the my med mix about 3 mos ago. I have had nothing but positive benefits from it. My Fibromyalgia pain is SOOOO much better, and the fatigue has greatly improved too. Hope it works as well for you. Hugs!
