Would not recommend it to anyone with open sores though! smhair This came about because I was trying a natural alternative to what I believe to be a yeast infection in my dog's skin!  That's right ...you heard me.  The dog has had serious dermatitist/inflammation issues for some time now that I haven't been able to pin down.  All of a sudden he develops a yeast infection in his eye which the vet is treating. idea I got to thinking...well if his eye is itching because of yeast...couldn't his skin be full of yeast as well.  I switched him over to grain (gluten) free food, added 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar to his water bowl and began to bath him in a solution of 50% water & 50% apple cider vinegar every other day.  WOW! What a difference!  He came off ALL steriods and antihistamines. smilewinkgrin So......I began adding 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar to my bath water every day.  Immediate itch relief.....FINALLY! yeah Within a couple of days...no more scaly skin...only softness.  After my baths I towel off and apply a homemade mixture of lotion.  I also make my own soap, however, it was the vinegar that did the ultimate trick.  And to think...my husband says I don't even smell like a pickle either!  Hope this helps somebody!  Sure beats the heck out of a $40.00 bottle of Salytic Acid lotion the derm prescribes 24/7, 365!scool

Yea, that apple cider vinegar is suppose to be pretty amazing stuff, for people and animals, a friend of mine feeds it to her horses when they're sick and it fixes them right up. I just can't bring myself to drink it...I've used it on my skin rashes but never noticed any benefit from it, at least not as far as clearing any skin rashed up for me.

bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
~~~~~~~~My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)~~~~~~~~
