I wouldn't take anything until you're sure you have diarrhea, but Imodium Advanced has always worked wonders for me.

since the gravy is in caps i guess that means you think you might have trouble with it. Seen worse, but generally the things that come ina box or packet have wheat as near first ingredient. adding more water to the packet gravy will thin it out some beforehand. Anyways,, one thing the aftermath is based on might be pH. so this means if you want less acid in your stomach you should eat a bit of lemons. quite the opposite as what you might initially think. I guess I am saying that to slow the digestion, might be to try to counter the acidity with acidity.
This does not work for everyone as we have enough to deal with just finding the right foods i guess.
and even with SCD you might find things on allowed list which might not agree with you. I try to stay away from poultry gravy though.

When I eat something that doesn't agree with me, I usually am able to take my Librax (Bentyl like med) and that stops the cramps and D I will occasionally get. Hope that helps.

I don't know about you other guys, but I find if I try and slow down the inevitable, I become so
bloated, and suffer more pain, much like an obstruction. Maybe I'm weird, but I'd rather have done
with it as it were, than to hold on to it....

oatflakes cooked in some skimmed milk / water, make it to a porridge and add a little stevia and cinnamon. If you eat this every morning, you may find your bm's getting firm./Bee

you learn to know what you can eat and what you can't. I know I can't eat from boredom, that's a no/no. my stomach does best when it is rather empty before i eat again. I've had to many minor blockages because I ate when I shouldn't have eaten, it didn't matter what it was,I just shouldn't have eaten, the pain is not woth it. and blockages can turn deadly. they scare me because I've almost died. so when i get what I call a gas blockage it brings back horrid memories, they scare me.
