heres why you shouldnt eat so much deep fried food. why does it swell ...well thats the acrylamide polymer absorbing water, what you get when you deep fry asparagine (a very good amino acid in alot of veggies) with any reducing sugars of course sugar is the other component of the veggie. all the reason, if you actually tolerate veggies,, not to deep fry them. so easy on the deep fries they swell into aliens lol
