Will this never end..

The only good thing is that I told my doc that I will never ever never use pred again so he is a little bit stuck with me.

But I have more patient when I know that I don't have to take them again.

I will meet my GI after 4 weeks to go over the situation and to she if Humira is working for me.

I have been having cramps and D for the last 3 weeks and bad pain. I am also loosing weight, but I am a 142 pounds so I have enough to loose.
And now it has started to bleed fresh blood, got to love this :) my psychiatrist is always telling me to be positive.

I also had a blood test done one week ago, everything was fine except for some liver thing but that was nothing to worry about I have AIH

But well to look at the bright side we are expecting puppies this week :ton

Sorry things are so rough. Hopefully Humira will kick in soon and help push you into remission. If you are seeing fresh red blood in your stool, maybe you have hemmies, or maybe the rectum is inflammed - maybe you should add Canasa to your arsenal and see if it helps.

It is hard to keep a positive attitude, but it really doesn't help make things better to be down either, so we might as well try to put a more positive spin on the situation. At least this is what I've learned dealing with my husband's illness. No amount of brooding or tears is actually going to help, but a positive attitude at least keeps you going. So hang in there, hold on to hope, and hopefully remission is around the corner.

Isergodur what about Entocort. Its a steroid also, but has way less side effects. This might help to quiet things down for you. Just a thought!

I have been on Entocort but there was no difference, last time I had fresh blood. And I do not tolerate steroids well

My promblem area is in the rectum and some how that is a tough area.

I will just have to wait it out.
