Has anyone used Lialda for small intestine inflamation??

Just wondering if this has been used for small bowels and what kind of results people have had.

Lialda is not considered to be an effective treatment for small bowel Crohn's inflammation.

I take the sister med Asacol. My Crohns is located in the TI/Cecum area. It works well for me.

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!

Pentasa is used for small intestine Crohn's disease; not sure about other mesalazine drugs though.
