Hi, when you take your anxiety meds do you take every day or just when you feel a bit of anxiety coming on? thanks Bev x wink
Diagnosed with crohns at 13 now 43
Reversal of temp stoma Postponed till ???????
Meds: Iron syrup,Loperimide,Folic acid & Citalopram 60mg (for Anxiety.)

I take them at the first hint of my anxiety ramping up.  I use them about 1-3 times a month.  Sometimes more:)

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!

If you want to change them to as needed, make sure you have not become dependent on them. You might need your doctor to help you figure out a weaning schedule for you. Good luck!
