Does anyone else feel just so worn out and beat down? I hate that I feel guilty about being so tired. I wish there was something I couold do to help with the fatigue. I want to take a couple days off work to just rest since I am a single mom of 2 very active little boys and when i get home from work there is no time for rest and when they are in school its the only time I can.

I'm there with you, and I don't have little ones anymore, though I do watch 2 for a friend. I started taking B6 a few years ago and it helped for a long time(I'm getting older and fatigue is starting to creep back in). I do notice if I run out and forget to buy more. But in the winter I have more fatigue than in the summer, I think it has to do with the cold and lack of sun. Or maybe I'm just more of a bear than a human and I want to hibernate. Seriously, I can't tell you how much B6 really did make a difference. I used to HAVE to take a nap every afternoon. Now I CAN take a nap, but I don't have to. I take at least 100mg a day, and it took about a month to help. Its worth a try.

Managing with strict low residue diet, keeping symptoms to a minimum. All test show small amount of ulceration, still have occasional blockages. But still have a great time with my 2 daughters and husband!

I so totally can understand!  I've been tired for a long time (can't really remember how long, but I know at least for this past year).  I have two kids, 6 and 7, so they keep me running.  Most nights I feel like I could go to sleep at 8, which would give me 10 hours of sleep, and I would still feel exhausted.  I don't know how I get through each day.  I just find the reserve somewhere, and dig in.  I haven't had my B's checked or to see if I'm anemic, but I did find out my thyroid is a bit low and I have some hormones low as well.  Apparently that can contribute to the tiredness.  Keep going!  You can do it!

Yes you should get all your bloodwork checked to make sure that all is in order. And as we have had lots of posts going around lately, Vit D has helped a lot with energy and aches too. If B12 is low, can be a big issue on a lot of fronts, so you want to make sure that you have that checked. B12 is not part of a normal CBC, you need to have a specific test, so make sure your doctor is checking it.

Yes do get your B12 checked! I usually get a B12 shot every week. I didn't get it lastweek, busy with other stuff, and let me tell you I am so tired this week. I have gone home everyday and just passed out on the couch after work. Getting my next shot tomorrow and looking forward to its help.
