Last night I had....

10 oz Sirloin with cheezy mashed potatoes for dinner

2 shots of Jim Beam and 2 Beers

Then Ham, Eggs, and Toast at 3:00 AM before bedtime....

so far only two normal looking bm's in the morning...

hell I felt good so I went swimming and swam 45 laps non stop without stopping... Haven't done that since god knows when...'

All I can think of is the Citrucel... I took two tablets and drank two bottles of water before I went to bed last night.... Is it possible that the fiber absorbed all the water?

certain fats can slow down your digestive system

Steak certainly slows my guts down (peanut butter works for me too). Definately check your stool for blood tomorrow with that alcohol (it does a number on me).
Take care and Hope you enjoy your day!
