I know this is repetitive...and I've searched for awhile on here...so sorry but I'm asking once again....I am making the yogurt in a yogurt maker and remember that it heats up too hot, and I bought a dimmer switch.  I've done this a few times before but for some reason (maybe it's this flare and my brain's affected) I just can't remember what temperature the water is supposed to be when it is developing (or whatever you call it?).  Sorry to ask again....Oh and I've got it on now, so if possible.....I'd love and appreciate an answer soon...Thanks
