Can you eat Jell-o while on a liquid diet for prep?

Jell-O doesn't interfere?
2,000 Vit D3 daily, 500 calcium... fibromyalgia, osteopenia, supra ventricular tachi cardia, low iron, low B12, gluten intolerant, .... colonoscopy scheduled for March

As long as it's not red, I believe it's fine.
Diagnosed with CD July 2007

I think you can't have grape either.

i only have lemon or lime, personally... don't want to risk anything
1 fistula, crohn's colitis, limited to large intestine
Compounded budesonide 3mg/daily, Cimzia, MTX . Dx Osteoporosis 10/08 started Forteo 1/27/09

jello of the correct color is fine as well as popcicles. i enjoy having both so i can actually chew on something!

Bad fissure Feb 2005. Started Remicade 2006. Fissure #1 healed, now deal with smaller fissure that comes and goes. Clean scope 2009 except for fissure. Also on Pentasa.

nothing with red40 in it.
Diagnosed with UC in February 2009.

Medication: Pentasa 6x daily, Imuran 37.5 mg, multivitamin. Probiotics through yogurt.

OOH! thanks guys! I finally just got a hold of my doc's assistant and she said yes ( i was gone all day)! I just made some jell-o...but also bought some ready to eat jell-o at the market, and am about to start drinking down the prep. yay. :S CHEERS!

Jello is fine as long as there is no red in it.  This can stain your intestines and look like an inflammation on the scope.  You can also have water ices (no red), clear broth, apple juice, water, gatoraide...etc, etc.

Been on almost every type of drug with bad results
Remicade since Nov 2009
Prilosec 20.6mg - 2x a day
Multivitamin daily
