Been trying get better vitamins to see if they help with being fatigue all the time and sore and aching or whatever. Also been getting alot of dental work done. Because my teeth keep declaying and trying do whatever I can keep them looking good sense they fix them had have 3 root canals and had to have all my teeth filled in and 6 jaw teeth removed. My dentist thinks it make be from acid relux causing them declaying so bad cuz i get white spots on my teeth before I know it the tooth get thinner and then weak and break off until almost no tooth there or whatever. But he also said it could be from some medicines am on. I don't know if anyone else went through this or not. Cuz I told him had take out loan just get them fix now and that if happens again I don't know what I'll do cuz take 2 or 3 years pay it off before get other one. But been taking there vitamins. Other day took citracal . I was wondering if when go to the bathroom number 2 if actually reject the vitamin or whatever . Because whenever I took citracal whenever went bathroom look extra like pill just took . So wondering if that can happen where body try reject it or whatever. I have heard that when take vitamins half of them get absord and rest just pee it out.

I personally cannot take vitamins as they really upset my stomach alot. But I did want you to know I feel your pain on the dental issues. I have crowns on all but two teeth, and have had multiple root canals too. I think the steroids and some of our meds we take really take a toll on our teeth. Be sure to take extra calcium and Vitamin D3, they will help to strengthen them. Good luck!

OK, this will sound weird, but I have had my vitamins and calcium come out whole, or so I thought. Not all the time but when things are moving particularly quickly. I know that pentasa doesn't always dissolve so one day, I took a skewer and poked them. Turned out it was just the shell that was coming out. The inside was completely dissolved. So maybe you are getting the vitamin after all.

The citracal am taking is not like pentasa where its kind of like time releaser pentasa is and citracal is just hard white pill.

Mine too. But it was just the shell when I poked it. It was just the idea from the pentasa that prompted me to check and sure enough it was just a shell. Kind of a weird thing to do, but it proved to me that I should keep taking my calcium and vitamins.

lol I just recently did the same thing to an asacol that I thought was whole, it crunched when the tissue paper pressed on it, so I know it was just the casing. I was going to mention this on another post but though it might be too much for some people. Ha Ha Ha!!!!
