This is a long story, so bear with me.

about two weeks ago I started taking Kapidex, but was only able to take six days worth because it made me pretty sick, intestinal pain, big D, nausea. Soon after I thought my uterus was hurting because I was ovulating, but turned out to be a bladder/kidney infection (the stabbing pain in my kidney was a very good indicator that it was not my uterus). Anyway, since my bladder infection it kind of hurts when I have a bowel movement, not always, but sometimes. And if my bladder fills up and I don't go to the bathroom I feel cramps in my stomach and they travel toward my chest. Does this sound like the start of a flare up?

Would prevacid help take the stomach and intestinal pain away?
Input, please. Thanks!

id say maybe a UTI still, you may need a differant antibiotic for it.. prevacid is to stop acid production in the stomach. not going to help pain or anything.

Only since my 3rd bowel resection have I felt pain when my bladder fills up - it's a new pain for me - and will ask my doc about it tomorrow when I see him before my colonoscopy.
