another day another problem will it EVA end.... kidney pain

hey everyone
hope everyones feeling ok....
for the last week ive been getting severe kidney pain. its not a kidney stone or my back playing up since i dont have burning while urinating. so wat is it. is it a affect form humira.???
went hospital last night and had 16 ppl infront of me and 4 hours later only 5 had gone in. so i left took pain killlers and went to sleep.
since its easter here i cant go to get a scan to check wats going on i guess ill wait to all the public holidays are over.
has anyone got this pain from the crohns???
i know u can get it if ur dehydrated from going to the bathroom alot but im fine only 2 bowel motions a day :(
 
any one got any advice

p.s had a blood test on monday and everything perfect even my iron levels. which is great :)
21yrs old have had crohns disease since 2003
previous meds include pentasa imuran prednisone budesinide remicade and plenty more that havent worked :)
currently on humira 20mg every 2weeks
1 operation to date removed 30cm of bowel and 1 fistula
trying to get pregnant (fingers crossed) :)))

I get kidney pain but it usually is preceded by abdominal pain. I occasionally get just the kidney pain but its always due to a flare or obstruction of some type.
Male, 54 years old with Crohn's since 15 years old, diagnosed at age 46. Terminal ileum resected 2002. 5 months of remission. Crohn's has now been active since early 2003. Had a gall bladder removed Nov. of 2009. Currently on Remicade every 8 weeks, Nexium, Iron, B-12 injection every 4 weeks,5-asa Asacol, Morphine Sulfate as needed for pain. Cymbalta for long term pain control. 5-asa Salofalk, Entecort, Imuran and Prednisone in the past.
