I've been doing great Crohn's-wise. All of a sudden this afternoon I'm feeling bloated, I AM bloated, the tummy is tender, no specific spot, just tender all over. Its 72 in the house. I have a blouse AND a fleece sweater on. And I'm chilled. And burpy. And I have a headache lurking in the background. NOT FAIR!

It was BEAUTIFUL out today! Sunshine, comfortably warm. We Michiganders are so very ready for some decent spring weather. I don't want to feel crappy!! I'm sure its just a passing rough spot in the road but w/this beautiful weather ..... just ain't fair!

C2, don't you hate days like this? I've had a lot of them recently. Weather wonderful & get a migraine or something. Doesn't even has to be CD, it still sucks!
In other words,
I feel your pain!

Sincerely,
Matthew

I understand...it's been beautiful here, 70s and sunny....but the pollen is HORRIBLE, and all the trees blooming are killing me! I've been trying to help pull weeds for my parents (for money cuz I'm unemployed) and trying to get a little sun on my pasty white self, and my allergies are kicking my butt!!!

Aw CToo...wish I could make you feel better.  i hope today is better for you.  If not...get out the heating pad/hot water bottle and lounge.  More warm days are ahead...I'm in Western NY and have to remain optimistic about the weather!

Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]

I've traded chills for alternating chills and hot flushes. Hubby's gone on his first fishing trip of the year. So .... I've been able to just curl up in a fleece blankie or stick my nose out the door to sit in his air chair. Best investment in a prezzie for HIM I ever made. *wicked grin*

I'm on three meds that limit my exposure to sunshine so this air chair is great 'cause its hanging from a stout birch tree branch so not real heavy shade but not too much sun either. I know I can really feel the sun burning right thru my blue jeans some days warning me - get outta the sun! Sometimes, even in the car, the sun comes thru the car window and I can feel my thighs burning where the sun hits them. Bummer!

Randy, I read about your page being shut down. Bummer. Like they couldn't be bothered to give you guys some notice. The sheisters.

Hey, its really rotten that there are so many of us having these "ugh" days!! Murphy must be busy flitting back and forth between us. Ah well, guys, look at it this way when Murphy's busy picking on us he's leaving some others alone. THEY had doggone well better be making the most of their good days!!!

I'm gonna get me a voodoo doll and name it Murphy and set in a good supply of sharp pins!!!

Hey C2! I'm not here very often. Haven't had a good winter, and with work and the girls it's more than I can do most days. Roger will be done with his master's in June and his plant closes in Dec. So he is trying to find another plant to transfer to.

I sure hope you feel better and that this isn't the start of something! I just love these warm days we have had and being able to have the doors and windows open.

Pollen is HORRIBLE this year. Thanks to the wet, snowy winter here in North/Central Texas of all places. Trees on the other hand are doing great. Its a botanical orgy! Sigh..
I'll not be hugging any trees this spring.
