Anybody switching from mono to combo therapy?

Sounds like imuran + a biologic will be preferred in the future, rather than just one.

I have gone down this route a couple of times in the past with Remicade and 6-mp and remicade and methotrexate. It was the most effective for me but caused my liver function tests to go off the charts. It made the remicade more effective.

I actually thought it was already that was already the preferred method, because that is definately how the VA does it.
