I wonder is it okay to drink tazo green tea when flaring.

I love green tea, I bring the water to a boil, and then walk away for 5 mins before pouring, it doesn't burn the leaves this way, no bitter, just YUM.

Only one way to know if it will agree with you tiger... try it.

I think there was something in those "YOU" books or one of the superfood books that states in order to get the maximum health benefit you need to drink within a couple mins of brewing, (and also not burn the leaves).
