Can anyone give me advice on how to reduce my stomach. My Dr. says I am eating too much, but my tummy is hard and bloated.

Reduce as far as what? The sheer size of it? Are you overweight or is your stomach just expanded because you are bloated? First thing I'd do is figure out what foods are making you bloated and control your portions. Diet is very important for people with CD. I got off track recently and haven't been feeling so hot. Restarting my diet and exercise regimen tomorrow.

That is the worst!  (actually, in terms of Crohn's, not THE worst, but no fun either :)

That happens to me sometimes, and it's (in simple layman's terms), uh, trapped gas.  It happens when I either overeat or eat something that gives me gas (sometimes too much fruit, etc).   For me it usually goes away in a few hours - exercise helps, especially running or walking and yoga or even 10 minutes of stretching to kind of straighten out the kinks of your insides (that's the way I envision it anyway) :)

Good luck!

Another possibility is that you have bacterial overgrowth. My symptoms with SIBO have been bloating and gassy after eating that caused my stomach and sides to hurt because of so much gas and pressure. Also, a mild increase in my bm's and a mild sick feeling.
