This morning I woke up with severe abdominal pain and starting dry heaving. White, opaque-type mucusy foam was coming up. I've never had this happen before.

Any ideas? I don't drink milk and haven't eaten anything white, so that wasn't it. I read it could be caused by not eating for a long while, but I've been eating every day.

Whenever I've had dry heaves it's always been foamy stuff. I'm pretty sure that's normal.

Same for me too!! I had an anxiety attack last week and the smell of the cake my husband was making made me puke and it was all white foam. And the truth was my tummy was pretty empty, so that could have been why. Good luck!
