okay folks heres the deal, i am reaaly beating my self over this, back in jan I had a regular physical, my internist said
every thing was great, then in feb had colonscopy from
GI  HAD 1 BENIGHN POLYP, 2 SMALL ULCERS ON INTESTINE,
HE SAID COLON WALL LOOKS GREAT, I STARTED EATING REAL GOOD AND GAINED about 6LBS WHICH WAS a major
accomplishment for me, I remember going to costco, eating a bunch of samples having a chicken bake, any way for 3 days in a row i ate like a horse, this all happened between 4/09 to 4/12, then 4/13 I came home ate then started lifting weights, a few hrs later I statred having diarrhea
which i rarely had, it didnt stop so on april 17 i went to emergency room all my blood work came back excellent and xray they took was excellent, electrolytes good,
I WAS TAKING ASACOL, AND ASKED EMERGENY ROOM DR
To please prescribe some prednisone he did, but he told to call my GI THAT MON, well i did and was still having diarrhea
so he upped my dosage to 40 milligrams, then hje gave me a blood test that showedd my white blood count was
14000.00 yet a few days before that it was 6.3, so then he prescribed ciproflaxin and flagyl, c.diff negative, i think all these drugs made it worse on me, do  you not think after emergency room visit i should have just stayed on asacol, i know pred and high anxiety will raise wbc, but i believe i never had infection, just inflammation
what do you think, also ending up losing a bunch of weight

I don't really have an opinion for you besides...and there's DE CROHNS! Kinda like Thar she blows...only I prefer and THAR'S de Crohns. Wish I could explain it. Maybe the first bloodwork was all wonky or maybe the wrong persons??
