Hi all,

On my facebook page i have friended 1mil ppl for a cure for CD and in one of the postings a person with CD created an app called well apps.  This allows you to enter foods you eat, how easily digestable it is as well as frequency, consistency and blood amounts in stool, lets you mark if u miss meds and the reason i.e no humira due to being ill, missed meds because you forgot etc.  This also lets you track your stress level it charts the info and you can email the results or print them to take to your GI so when they ask you on avg how often do you have a BM ..it already calculates that for you etc

It is called GI Monintor, just looked at my ipod...cant wait for my cell company to carry iphones so I wont have 2 items to carry around...they also have something called CD diary or crohns diary I forget but that too is a free app where you can document food and symptoms I find the GI monitor to be more user friendly.
