I have ran a constant fever now for 2 1/2 weeks, night sweats too. I cannot get rid of it, it stays around 100 or 100.5. I do not have a cold or the flu. I have not even been going to the bathroom that much. Just this sharp intermittant pain in my stomach but thats all. Any ideas on whether this is normal?

I tend to run low-grade temps like that. It's very frustrating. So are the night sweats! You should probably let your doctor know. If the pain is new and accompanied by the temps like this, it might be good to get it checked out. Good luck!

Low-grade fevers can be normal for Crohn's, but I'm not so sure about the constant part. I was suffering from low-grade fevers quite frequently, then they stopped a few weeks ago. (Think the meds might be having a body temperature suppressing effect...). They would nearly always begin in the evening, then disappear overnight.

Think I'd get it checked out.

Hi songstress,

Sorry to hear about your fevers and night sweats. You should definitely contact your doctor, particularly since you are on Humira which suppresses the immune system. You could have some type of infection going on.

Good luck, and hope you keep us posted!

Songstress I agree, I think you should bring this to your docs attention if you haven't already. Hugs!
